Pathways to Learning
We are committed to a programme of development and improvement and in line with this policy we have initiated 'Pathways' two systems that help monitor the quality of our services and also enable delegates to plan their learning process.
The first system, 'Pathways to Learning Delivery', sets out a sequence of behaviours and committments that optimise the quality of our training courses. Two pathways, one for existing and another for bespoke material list the considerations for each stage of the project.
The second system, 'Pathways to Knowledge', has been developed to enable potential delegates, line managers, L&D and HR departments to estimate the level of experience required for, and expertise delivered by, each of our existing courses, exercises and online learning. This enables future delegates to plan a progressive approach to their training requirement.
